Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph352 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ph352 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

ph352 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph352 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph352 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph352 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average, subject to KYC verification status and the payment provider's processing times. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. ph352's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph352 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph352 will make reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
